hello shruti
The general rule is that you have ovulated when your temperature rises .2 degrees higher than any temperature from the previous 6 days, and it stays elevated for at least 3 consecutive days...

hello shruti,
R u charting ur temperatures? If yes,ur chart shd detect ovulation when theresz a clear thermal shift..ie.u can see sudden increase in temperature ,it may be 4m .1 to .3 degrees..Temperature generally increases about one-half to one degree when ur ovulating. For ex
temperature is lower (97–97.5º F) prior to ovulation and higher (97.6–98.6º F) after ovulation. Sustained high temperature (an increase of four–tenths of a degree or greater) for three days indicates that ovulation has occurred. When menstruation begins, it should fall again.

Before ovulation your temperature may vary from day to day by about 0.1 degree Celsius. Just after ovulation, however, your temperature rises by at least 0.2 degrees Celsius and remains high until your next period. This increase in temperature is caused by the progesterone released from the follicle after ovulation.

So Usually you need to see at least three higher temperatures to confirm ovulation since a single higher temperature does not always indicate ovulation. A single higher temperature could be a fluke or could be affected by non-hormonal factors. Keep having intercourse until ovulation is confirmed by a clear and sustained thermal shift and ovulation is detected on your chart.

hope u get sum information 4m this.

lotsa baby dust on u
megs
