Dear Archie
Hi and how are u doing?
I'm carrying identical twins(monochorionic and diaminotic twins)...this is my 32 weeks over and till 31 weeks everything was fine....today i went to ultra sound and doc. told me there is a pound difference b/w the babies and so i may have to deliver them soon, may be next week or next..depends upon the situation. I'm just worried sick and i don't have energy to cry also...now one baby is 4pounds and 3ounce and other is 3pounds and 3ounce...today doc. asked me to take steroid shots for the babies lung development incase of early delivery ....i don't want to have early delivery..i want them grow inside fully atleast to the average twin weight and then deliver them at 37-38 weeks or at 36 weeks....i cannot face them as low wt. babies atall..did i do something wrong for this weight problem...or what should do to maintain a reasonable weight difference b/w them....and then deliver them healthy....doc. told me that i may end up having c-section too..is that okay...i really cannot think anything other than this...and worried alot about it...what should i do archie...they are going to have non-stress test and inject another steroid for me soon...will i have healthy babies..what are the things and precautions i should take to bring them out safely and healthy...

For the most of the pregnancy with twins most would deliever during this time and the babys will get there weight with good narishment don't worry even so c-secion that is the biggest possiblity (possiblities some do delivery but % is low for the shake of the baby its o.k )take it easy you will have bundle of joy and you'll forget the rest .Baby's will be healthy.take care
