hi everyone,

sorry ive been missing from the action for a long time now. my periods were a big trouble. i ended up in the hospital and put on IV fluids for one day during the last periods due to excessive blood loss.

met a specialist last week and thankfully there is nothing wrong in there....there was a ruptured cyst on my left overy...that along wid stress is causing the bleeding...doc said i just need to relax and learn to live with my heavy periods...pop in some blood loss control pills from the first day and forget its a problem :-(

im trying to be postive...but still it takes me a month to regain my strength and then it happens again. doc also said that if i have another baby, there is a possibility that the problem will be over when i have my periods again :-)

so will try to have number 2 next year.it makes me feel nice to think about it.

tintin is well adjusted at school and im feeling more in control of my life.

this year we plan to celebrate tintin's birthday. shes big enuf to understand its her BIG day.last year we just took her to abu dhabi and spend the day swimming at the beach.

It is sad to hear your problem. Take care of your health. Eat healthy and iron rich food. Loss of blood and lack of iron causes other problems also like whitening of hair etc, which I faced after the birth of Sarthak. In my case also, I had a heavy blood loss while ceasarean and my period started (too heavy)after a month only when my 40 days periods finished after giving birth to my son. Now whenever my periods start, I take iron.

It is good that tintin is well adjusted to school. You also have a time to take some rest during that time.
