Hi everyone,

Today I visited my doc. and asked about omega 3 fatty acid .So she gave me same sample of prima care .She said if the suits me ,then I can take them throughout the pregnancy.I think it is good to take them.
My blood test results are fine so I don't need to take iron capsules.Good for me!!!
I have gained now total of 10 pounds.I will be completing my 20 weeks day after tomm.I think it is fine now.
Today my husband listened the baby' s heartbeat.It was awesome....Such a happy feeling.
I think now onwards we will be having the same belly check up nothing new.till we reach the last month.

Thats good Nikki that all is fine with ur baby. Thanks to Manvi I too take primacare now. Omega3 is supposed to be a wonder drug for babies development.
