I' m a silent reader for a while and now I would like to join the TTC group. We are TTC from this month for the second child. My first day of the previuos periods was March 30th and my ovulation period according to a website is 9th april to 14th april, as I have 27-28 day cycle. We had intercourse everyday from 8th Aprril to 15th April except 13th. So should we continue having intercourse here after every other day.... just in case till 7 days before next periods? I didn' t feel any CM yesterday that' s 15th, but slightly today. What do you all think about it? I have reduced taking coffee and taking milk with boost instead and also I have started taking one-a-day women' s just now. I go for brisk walk every morning 5 days in a week for atleast 25 mins. Any other suggestions regarding TTC and ovulation? We didn' t plan our or anything for our first child, it jsut happened after 4 months after we were married, so i don' t have any idea about how, when and what. My daughter is almost 6 and half years old ans she loves babies, but for some reason we didn' t think about the the second child till now. So we don' t want to make it too late, I would love to get any help from you guys!

It seems like when you have 28days cycle programe assumes that the most ovlatting days will be the day 14,15,16 that' s what goes for most women who have regular 28 days cycle but for me my most ovulating days turned out to be day 12 and 13. I suggest that you take ovlatation test Start taking the test on day 10 for example if the first day of your period is 10th may then start using ovulation kit on 19th may and you will get your most ovulating days.

the doc adviced us to undergo some tests to rule out possibilities of any complication sto the baby.also,i am on folic acid and multi vitamin tabs.
perhaps u can visit ur gyn and have a session of pre conceptional counsellig.

ovulation calender

I was following the dates i was given through this website for my most ovulating days for 2 months but it didn' t work. It seems like when you have 28days cycle programe assumes that the most ovlatting days will be the day 14,15,16 that' s what goes for most women who have regular 28 days cycle but for me my most ovulating days turned out to be day 12 and 13. I suggest that you take ovlatation test Start taking the test on day 10 for example if the first day of your period is 10th may then start using ovulation kit on 19th may and you will get your most ovulating days.

Thanks! I tested poistive last week, confirmed the same with Gyn & had my first prenatal check up done. What about you? Have you convieced or TTC? Let me know and thanks again for your response!

the doc adviced us to undergo some tests to rule out possibilities of any complication sto the baby.also,i am on folic acid and multi vitamin tabs.
perhaps u can visit ur gyn and have a session of pre conceptional counsellig.

Hi Mitasha,

Thanks for your suggestion. I was thinking of trying for a month or two and then go to gyn as just this month we have decided to try for the second child. It does make a lot of sense going to gyn for preconception checkup. Anyway, hope you have good idea about everything now and wishing you good luck too!
