Name: babysos I have been having pregnancy symptoms for a week now and I have also just missed my period by 4 days but the pregnancy test shows up negative... Could I be pregnant?? My husband and I just started trying so we' re really hoping it is positive. Pls help!

I' m 4m the september due date board.Well I' m not an expert in this subject,But I can tell u sum things out of my experience.Well If u have missed ur periods then there r chances that ur pregnant..But if ur pregnancy tests r negative,then it wud be better for u 2 repeat the tests after 2 days after taking the first test,with ur first morning urine..Thisz is a must.Ie take the pregnancy test with the first morning urine,for the best result..n Moreover follow the instruction written on the pregnancy test kit.If they say 2 drops of urine,then put just 2,dont overdo it..So now what u have to do is,take the test after 2 days after ur first test..

N cuming down 2 the symptoms of pregnancy,well during my first month of TTC,I 2 had sum pregnancy symptoms,but in vain..May be coz we r stressed out we forcibly see sum symptoms,n feel we r pregnant..But it turns out 2 be otherwise.n STRESS again is a big reason for our periods getting delayed..But anyways we can hope n be positive now,coz ur 2week wait is over.All that u gottu be now is be RELAXED...I' m not telling this 2 make u feel bad.Normally we all r stressed out During TTC,so we kinda see all the symptoms.But blv me,First symptom n the best symptoms of being pregnant is Missing ur periods..So u might be pregnant coz u have missed ur periods..so lets be postive now..

But again if this test cumes out negative,then u can go 2 the lab,n get ur urine or blood tested for pregnancy.Sumtimes(very rare though),our pregnancy cannot be determined by sum pregnancy kits,so the last option wud be 2 go to the lab n get ur blood or urine tested..
Anyways all the best n hoping for a postive result..

i will definitely let you guys know.. megs gave me a great suggestion and i also spoke to my gynec on the phone.. she´ s told me to wait 10 days after i´ ve missed my period... so here i am, 7 days late.. still playing the waiting game... but i must say i´ ve gotten a lot of support from this group so i´ m being extremely patient and trying not to obsess about getting preggie...
