Hi,

Muskan is loosing weight. Her last paed visit she had 9.5 kgs and this vist it was 8.6 kgs. She is not eating well these days at all she was unwell fo coupl of days in between (cold & cough) probably that could be the reason am just too worried. She has not even gained height. what should I do? How do I make her eat properly? What all are you giving to your little ones these days? Muskan is 1yr and 2 mths old. Please let me know your comments..

Very sorry to hear that. With cold or anything with the health these kids stop eating completely, it is so hard to feed them anything.

Just check what and how much she is eating now. If she doesn't eat, keep trying to feed her after a while. Try feeding her when everybody is eating. They like it. Introduce her lot of varieties in food.

Give her lot of healthy snacks in between meals. Give her new food/snacks if she doesn't like her regular food/snacks. I'm feeding all home-cooked food whatever we are eating-making it milder by adding ghee or water or dal. See that the food is well-cooked(soft enough) for her. I hope she picks up on her appetite in few days.
