Name: anxious Mum to be I have been given folic acid from the begining but recently my dcotor has also included ferous sulphate tablets. does anyone know why ferous sulphate is given to me? Is everything alrite? I am getting a little anxious.

Hi, I think these are iron tablets only and nothing to worry about. Maybe ur Hb level are going down.

Hi, 11 is a fine figure for Hb, it is not low. However sometimes as ur pregnancy advances ur Hb level tends to come down. In India it is a regular practice to prescribe Iron and Calcium tablets...
