Dear Saniya...

All all all People I come across feel that I am too too thin. Is there anyway for gaining weight? I weigh only 41 kgs... I need to put on atleast 10 kgs more for my height.Please help me.

I am working in a pvt concern so I have very less time left for taking care of myself. I am desperate to put on weight please help me pl.Is it possible to see a difference in 1 month?? I hate people commenting at me always.

dear too thin,
first of all,make sure that ur getting adequate amount of sleep,proper nutrition and a healthy,stress free life style.
i think ur encountering stress,tension or depression which supress proper growth and functioning of ur body.once u learn to relax and chill,ur efforts to gain weight will definitely bear fruit.read jokes and have some fun.enjoy ur time with friends and family.divert ur attention from any depressing thoughts or situations.
next,u need 8 hours of sound sleep.exercise is essential too.exercise lightly for 15 minutes daily.go to bed early and wake up early.
coming to ur diet,most people misunderstand weight gain to be achieved by consuming junk food,etc..no,weight gain isnt a good news dat u can eat all u like.that would be unhealthy weight gain.it is effective but very unhealthy.for healthy weight gain,u need to drink 3 glasses of milk daily.eat fresh fruits and veggies.eat lentils,eggs,fish,dairy products like cheese and butter,meat and chicken.eat paratha instead of simple roti.
i'll inform u if i get more tips okay???meanwhile,follow these very strictly.

Dear Saniya and others.

Thanx a lot. I will try to come out of stress soon and also follow the diets u all have suggested. usually I don't have junk foods at all.I eat cheese atleast twice a week.

I am a vegetarian and I do not have egg also.

Dear Desperate,
Try taking almond drink on daily basis.
U could get it from any Indian grocery shops. It is meant for drinks -not for cooking.

hey, u should drink alot of warm milk.. milk makes u thicker plus its 100% healthy and try and eat lots of fish,chicken etc... but i dont recommed junk food such as mcdonald,kfc etc...
by the wya how tall r u?
