i have dark areas on my body. i want to gain my colour and i want to fair. can some body suggest me a really good remedy or really good and safe cream which i ca use on my skin. i live in australia so i want you to suggest me the things which i can get it here.

first of all,change ur name.if u dont,im not gonna help u in the future.
i think internal remedies should work well for u as ur planning to make ur whole body fair.follow these tips daily strictly,patiently and religiously for maximum benefit.
1)in the mornin,on waking up,drink the juice of half a lemon+1 tbsp honey+warm water.
2)drink mint juice and bittergourdjuice daily(only 1/2 cup).
3)drink a glass of buttermilk daily.
4)drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.
5)eat the following fruits daily.u can make a fruit salad(not so delicious lol):
apples
oranges
carrots
kiwis
tomatoes
beetroots
add lemon juice to it as well since it contains vitamin C which helps in lightening the complexion.
6)exercise for 30 minutes daily.do have a bath whenever u sweat.for ur face,dontuse any chemicals at all.use gram flour+turmeric(just a pinch)+milk to wash ur face.if u have dry skin,use more milk and for oily skin,use more gram flour.it's est to keep this remedy for15 minutes on ur face.if u dont have time,u may just rub this mixture for 2-3 minutes and wash it off but it will take longer to see results in this way.for ur body,make a scrub of 1 part of lemon juice and sugar in the ratio 1:3 once a week..first,lather ur body with dove soap and then,use this mixture to scrub ur body.then,apply a rich moisturiser.i think st.ives aloe vera lotion is the best.it will lighten ur skin as well.
7)have ur beauty sleep.early to bed n earlyto rise makesaman healthy wealthy and wise(probably fair too lol).sleep for 8 hours.
8)use a sunscree before stepping our or rose water.on returning,use potato slices/tomatoslices on the exposed areas.let it stay for 15-20 minutes and then wash it off.if u have dry skin,add yogurt as well.the best thing is to avoid the sun totally.
9)give me ur skin type so that i may suggest some tips for ur face.
