i had my baby in april and my periods resumed in nov...ive had 2 cycles n have noticed that there is no discomfort and the flow is also very light n for 3-4 days only...not that im complaining!!
so i wanted to know if its going to be like this forever now,which will be great???!!
secondly i was late in dec...so is it a bit irregular in the beginning??

Yes, I have light flow after my dau. It useto be 5-6 days but now its only for 3 days that too not that heavy. I do waer protaction till 5-6 days but I don't really need it after 3-4 days.

hi Neha,

I think it is bit irregular in the beginning. My periods started from the sedond mth of delivery and then it didn't happend for two mths continously.. then couple more irregular cycles like a week or so here and there and now for last three mths its regular (touch wood). Bleeding initially was little less but now back to normal 7-8 days cycle.

seems everyone is busy ,busy alot. For me too life is hactic. But i do not forget to take a break in between either a movie or party or go out on weekends. Last 15 days i had all.
