dear mom to be,

1. daliya is wheat porridge or cracked wheat
2. no, i dont give rice etc for breakfast. breakfast is normally consisting of yoghurt/stuffed parathas of gobhi or aloo/toasted bread with butter/scrambbled egg/fruits etc...pls keep in mind that they will not eat all this like we do....u have to make them sit with u at the dining table...and give them a peice to munch on...when its finished they will normally ask for more....this way u keep giving him little little peices till he starts dumping them on the floor...the peices shud be big enuf to hold...lets say 2cm by 2 cm shud be good :-)
3. snacks are cereal rings/dry apricots(seedless)/ grapes/cereal bars/fruits/ aloo tikki with less of everything
4. she drinks juices and water only..i offer whenever i remember or just leave a sipper around her when shes playing and she takes it if she wants.
5. i give her milk 3 times. first thing in the morning.then evening and then before she sleeps.

my baby has been completely on formula so i never had to face the weaning problems. but if ur son is coping well then i guess u'll be fine...they dont like to drink milk during the day...best time is when they r not highly active and dont fight much...thats when they just woke up or are half asleep...so once in the morning when they wake up and dont really realise what they r drinking and they r very hungry too.then after the afternoon nap...as soon as they wakeup...and b4 bed when they r very sleepy....they will not take much at bed time..

b'day party

seems everyone is busy ,busy alot. For me too life is hactic. But i do not forget to take a break in between either a movie or party or go out on weekends. Last 15 days i had all. I saw a movie Royal casino ,then i had a Dhruv's party. Everyone enjoyed it a lot. I had called an entertainer and had kept balloon sculptures. It was a great fun .
