Hi all,

Does anyone know of hospitals in south mumbai which allow husbands to be part of delivery?

Also, has anybody here know about births with a Dai (age old way of doing things) and of facilities which deliver with Dai's? Please get back ASAP.

Regards.
Shabana.

Hi Aarti,

Several people have recommended Elizabeth to me. I am in a sort of spot, i am into my 8 month, and i don't like my gynaec and need to change. Can you recommend your gynaec? i would then go ahead with the same arrangement.

Also, tell me, was the medical staff co-operative enough ? as in would they allow you to sit up and deliver if one feels comfortable, also i want my husband with me for the delivery. i need to know what hospitals are open to these options. do you know anything bout Doula's in mumbai. I stay at Mohammedali rd.

Write soon. my email is is Shabanam on yahoo

Hi Sheel,
Why do you think in such way doctors would take care of you also.So it is better you do not take any tensions for that which would be better for you only.I hope you would do that.... - Megha [View Message]
