hi archie,
i'm 26 years old & my husband is 32.we have been TTC for past 2 months now.this was the 2nd attempt,had high hopes, but got my periods today.i'm feeling very depressed & started getting scared if i have any infertility issues.i have started doubting my fertility now, bcoz we had intercourse in the exactly right time(before,on & after ovoulution).as far as i see externally i have no health issues.my periods are regular every month, but period cycle varies every month from 25-27 days.i dont know whats happening.timing was good & i laid on my back for more than 1/2 an hour after intercourse.i have never been to ob-gyn.plz tell me do u think is it the time to visit? i have not got my preconception checkup done.should i get it done now? can they find out abt my fertility in preconception visit? however i'm taking folic acid from past 3 months.plz tell me what to do?i'm very dissapointed,have completely lost hopes.since i'm young i thought i can get pregnant immediately.moreover i was never on birth control pills.we used condoms.so why is it taking this long for me to get pregnant.any suggestion would be highly appreciated.thank u so much....

Hi sneha..

I can very well understand ur mental tension ... and curiousity of getting pregnant... coz i was going thru the same 4-5 months before...

Please do not stress urself while having sex.. Dont think that doing sx will make u pregnant.. Just Relax and Enjoy..

Everything has its decided time... It will come wen it has to.. No matter how much efforts you make before that...

So Chill and Rela...

Dont worry... atleast before an year of trying...

don't get despair, its normal for couples to fail for a year.

you can however avoid intercourse in first 8 days and last 10 days. Try from 8th day to 14th day and will be fine. rememebr each time only 20% chances. NO need to upset yourself. You can start wondering if you fail for a year in a row, more you pay attention more are the troubles from imbalance in hormones.

Before going for any procedure check the details about the clinic first. check out their website. check their links. Then make their way to there.
