We went for 1 year vaccination shots today and was informed that our kid is in 25%centile range now. Can you give suggestions on what to feed and how to prepare it? Maybe share your meal feedings.

tintin is still in 95th percentile for weight...but keep in mind she was born 4kgs as well...thats makes a lot of difference too....im writing her schedule for ur reference....hope it helps

8am-5-6oz milk
10am- 1 scrabbled egg
1:30-2:00pm-sooji kheer/daal chawal/khichdi(one of these)
5:3-6:00pm- 3-4oz milk
8:30-9:00pm- dinner (same as lunch)
before sleep-1-2oz milk

few things:
1. if she refuses her meals i make do with a banana and some yoghurt (lunch and dinner)
2. i also give her roti cut into very very small peices mixed with daal and bits of subzi.
3. i dont give anything to her between meals coz ive noticed that brings her appitite down drastically.
4. if we are going out and unable to feed her on time i take along some snacks e.g. apple slices/ grapes/dried apricot/cereal rings etc
5. anything else u wanna know just let me know....i understand how bad a mum feels when baby isnt eating rite.
