Due Date Club September 2008:indigestion and gas!

I am having an indigestion problem.My diet is rich in fibre, lots of fruits, cold milk, leafy veg, no aereated drinks yet nothing is helping. Does anybody have a home remedy?

hi

Avoid foods that cause gas - or atleast consume in lower quantities. Try wheat bran for fiber which speed up your digestive system. Drink lot of water. Do light exercise - esp walking....
