Hi All,
Can anyone suggest some home remedies to decrease nausea? i am suffering from severe vomiting for the last 1 week and even water intake is troubling me. so someone pls suggest some home remedies.

Hi Bharati, I am also having the same trouble as you have. Though first trimester is almost ended. It should get over very soon as ppl say. I can' t enjoy my pregnancy either. Don' t brush as you wake up. Just eat something then rest for a while then resume your other stuff. You can try ginger as well. Try to find out and avoid the intake which bothers you most. Good luck dear !

Try smelling your hair. have a 1/2 piece of lemon and smell that when you feel like vomiting. Eat as soon as you get up in the morning, before evening getting up from bed. Do you know Narthangai oorgai? try chew that it will reduce your nausea.
