Hi everyone,

Just wanted to know how many naps do your little ones take during the day?

Meher sleeps once during the afternoon for 1 1/2-2 hours and gets very sleepy around 6-6:30 pm again..if I let her sleep even for a little while she then sleeps very late at night ie 11 pm or so. If I dont let her take the 2nd nap she is very cranky till I put her to bed by 9 pm...

Do you all face similar situations?

hi

i have the same problem too. I try to not let her take a nap after 4pm, so that she would go to bed by 9 or 10pm. I think good time for their nap would be around 2pm or so right?

KCH,

As kids grow their sleep time reduces. Generally Muskan sleeps during the day for 2 hrs or so in total. mostly say for 15-20 mins in the morning 10.30am after that 2.30pm for 1.5 hrs. then at night around 10

rest all the time... you know what :)

Yes, my son Atul also has the same pattern....I guess as they grow up, thier nap times and frequency becomes lesser.

b'day party

seems everyone is busy ,busy alot. For me too life is hactic. But i do not forget to take a break in between either a movie or party or go out on weekends. Last 15 days i had all.
