for hair fall...ill really suggest u go to the doc's and get ur blood tested...coz i had the same prob went to see the docs got my tests done and well i found out tht i had iron deficiency...and yes iron deficiency does make ur hair fall off and can cause premature againg og hair...:)..also make sure tht u eat eggs every day and nuts i.e. almonds, cashews etc.:)...oil ur hair...i noticed coconut doesnt suit my hair...so try and find out which hair oil suites u :)...
for receeding hair line....honey...i dun really have a solution for tht but il suggest one thing dont tie ur hair so tight that ur hair kinda stretches/pulls from the front...and if u wear a duppatta or caps/hats make sure they dont pull/stretch ur hair from the front again and yeah make sure u dont sleep with ur pillow against ur forehead (like i do...hehe)
