I need to increase my metabolism by natural ways, Can anyone tell me how to increase my metabolism please????????? I hardly eat unhealthy fatty food yet i gain weight and its beacause my metabolism is too low. I go to the gym and excersise 2 hrs every day!!!

yaar ye jo sab tips thanjeem,phi aur kit ney di hain bohot fit hain.in sab ko follow karein.aur meri tips ye hain key honey aur dates khaaein.dates sirf 3 khaao aik din mein aur honey aap 2 tablespoons kha sakti hain.subah uth kar zaroor khaiye honey.it's really beneficient for health.good luck!the water tips is excellent as water doesnt give u energy but energy is required to pass it along the digestive system.

dear sara,
You haven't mentioned your age...at a young growing age i.e till around 18 trs of age it's quiet natural to gain weight cos you are growing.Also metabolism is an inherited fact....your metabolic rate is hereditary.Of course there are tablets which claim to do this but they are very very dangerous like the whitening creams!!!!You can burn your caloreis by proper excercises & diet.There is no point in doing a crash diet as it makes things worse..cos when doing crash diet your body tend to adjust its metabolism by burning energy from the very little food that you eat..& when you start to eat normally for sometime the body follows the same metabolism by getting energy from less food & storing the remaining food as fat.So oits important to eat right.
I would advice you to eat food rich in proteins & vitamins like ,like egg white, soya,fish, vegetables & fruits....whenever u feel like snacking have a fruit..they are the best cos the anti oxidants in them are good for skin & good health.
Remenber its quiet natural to gain weight during growing stages & after 40yrs....but the weight that you gain during growing stages can be utilised in a useful way by proper exercise & diet.
So dear eat right & work right..metabolic rate is hereditary you cannot change it you can only alter it.

just eat alot of fresh food such as veggies and fruits.
important!!: do u realize that a heavy person walk slower then a fit person?
while walking to work from the parking alot or walking to your classes from the parking lot, you should walk faster then ur normal speed. u get wat i mean? try to walk faster then before. when u do that, ur working out ur whole body including ur abs, butt, legs, etc. also, do u realize that a heavy person moves slower then the fit person. nexttime try moving faster then average =)whatever u do just move alittle bit faster then before. Powerwalk! i say it again to u sara! walk faster then normal to class or to work. when going to shopping at mall, keep on walking faster then normal.
any other question on keeping fit just let me know =)
