Hi...
I am 28 years old and have miscarriage twice.
Will provide you the complete history...
1. I was pregnant in OCT 2004 and miscarried in Feb 2005. The membranes were halfway out but not ruptured.
I had exerted myself during those time.. and the doc told it may be Cervical Incompetance...the doc was not my gyneac as i was out of town for some time. I travelled after consulting my doc. Everything was fine till my 13th week scan.
The baby was alive and took 2 days for me to abort the baby and i was on iV .. the docs tried to arrest it but never confirmed whether it was possible or not.
After aborting.., they told to get the placenta checked.
gave the sample to the lab...
Toxoplasma Gondii (toxo) IgG was 3.69
IgM was 0.54.
then i waited for an year as i did not feel i was ready for the pregnancy.
2. I conceived in april 2006 but as the cervix was short in 10 week and stated funneling was put immediate McDonald Stich in 12 th week. however, i was put on antibiotic and progeatrone inj every week. Was on complete bed rest with head low position.
After a week i had lot of discharge and was scared of it.
A week later I had brownish discharge and went for sono... was found that the fetus did have a heart beat. was told in reports that premature rupture of membranes with IUD and fetus in process of expulsion.this happened in july 2006 end of it.
So the stiches were removed but did not undergo D&C as the uterus was cleared by itself during abortion procedure.
Also was detected with hypothyrodism in March 2006 it was 7.5 and within 2 months came back to 4.5. on 50mcg tab.
Now I want to try but after next 2 months.
I m overweight... i.e 159cms and 67 kgs.
Currently I am exercising in gym to reduce my weight and come back in shape.
Please advise me what shud i do to have this pregancy complete full trm and deliver a healthy baby.
My doc has advised complete bed rest during those months.
Need ur help.
Thanks in advance.
