Hi all. I am 25 yrs of age,62 kgs working woman.
we are planning to have a baby soon and would want to start off with the plans . i want ti know how to prepare my mind and body for the same.
what thngs shud be kept in mind and what is the quickest way to success( i know i sound too eager)
but there must be things which can help me to have better results

Hi Urja..

First of all you shud not take any kind of stress in your mind.. Do sex and enjoy it rather than keeping in mind.. that it will soon make you pregnant..

I hope you are getting normal periods.. Starting from the day 1 of your periods .. Day 11 to Day 14 are the most fertile days for woman. Try doind it on all 4 days or atleast 2 consecutive days..

Doctors also suggest to take follic acid tablets everyday for 3 months before you try to conceive. But there is always a possibility without them also.
