this board has been pretty silent???.....how is everone doing?
by the way anyone has a home remedy for constipation?.....have been having bad tummy....n since pregnant cant take anything that might harm baby!
And ladies.....keeep the messages rolling....after all....it would be nicer....to stay in touch!!

hi risham

im frm may 2008 board well following r some hoem remedies to ease/avoid constipation
1. drink lots n lots of water
2. cut dwn rice at bed tiem ..include green leafy veg ...now is the time for differ types of saagh have them
3.exercise moderately if nt walk fr 20 mnts daily
4.if at all constipation strikes soak some raisins..nt kissmiss... soak it overnight and have that water
5.never ever take castor oil it is avery common indian nuuska..
6.lastly everyday before going to bed drink a cpl of glass of warm water it helps

I' m 7 months pregnant and my ultrasound shows clubfoot on the right leg for my baby.
