Hi All..i am 19 years old girl. I have a big problem related to periods and i need a solution to it.Actually, i have been facing the problem of periods for the last 4 years. till my +1, my periods were normal but suddenly, they got disturbed and whenevr peiods came, it gives me a lot of unbearable pain that i can't bear and rather i think at that time that its better to die. I consulted many doctors but they said that this is an internal problem and we can't check it. So, whnevr periods cum, due to immense pain, my parents call doctor and give me 2-3 injections which stops my periods n pain. But i know tht i will have to pay for it in the future bcoz, if i stop periods thn i will not b able to have a baby. and tht's my problem which makes my life miserable. Now, periods come in 1 month or 2 week or 1 week or regular, no fix timeings tht makes my life even more miserable Please tell me what should i do please i appreciate n thankful for all honest results tht changes my life and make me live a happy normal life. I also want a happy life with children and family.. PLEASE DO HELP ME IN THE NAME OF GOD, HUMANITY AND WOMEN. PLEASE DO HELP ME and give me a good life. Shalini offered best advise, I would strongly recommend to bear pain, go through it with the help of mild painkiller and complete bed rest. once you get used to you might find it little bearable than today.

I would not recommend strong injectible hormonal control. If you experience similar irregularity without injections for about 6-8 cycles then you would worry on fertility but not today.

take things easy and go injection free, you are not alone. I know how you must feel but have been there with pain for years even after a delivery beared that pain!

I can understand.. The whole natural phenomenon of menstrual cycle has been disturbed due to strong injections.. it will take some time to recover to normal.. So do not worry and have patience... It will get normal with the time if you do not intake injections or any strong medicines to stop your periods...

Make up your mind to bear pains.. after all this is wat women is built for...

And you can always take a pain killer if its unbearable... so y worry !!

Relax.. and go ahead with your normal routine.. everything will be fine with the course of time...

Just imagine how powerful that injected medicine is ?? which has stopped your periods...

Remember.. Any foreign object ( let it be a medicine ) taken inside body if releives you.. always leave a side effect... and this is such a BIG side effect which has brought you hell lot of tension...

Please do not worry coz of pains, coz I also used to have same kind of problems in my teen age and continued till few months after my marriage .. I used have unbearable pains and vommittings during First and Second day of my periods, i used to feel very weak and felt like dying..

Its better to take a pain killer ( as prescribed by your doctor ) wenever u feel unbearable pain. U can also go for warm compress through hot water bottle. Trust me this will help, try avoiding cold things during that period. U can take hot tea, coffee, milk.. anything but in warm state. Do Not worry... it happens with lot of women...

Try avoiding injections and all.. stopping a natural phenomenon will always give bad results.. this may create some disbalance in your body as you are already observing your irregular periods...

So wenever you have periods.. dont exert yourself much those days.. take rest and pain killer if it its unbearable.. Try to do as much as warm compress as you can.. this will spread your pain..

U will be alright..
