hi There,

How many of us are keeping Karva Chauth tomorrow? I am keeping it. i have already shopped for it. Have bought lots of bangles, new binidis etc. etc.

What all you gals plan to give to your MIL? I ave bought a suite for her and she has given money to me for all shingar purchase.

I am from March board. I am also keeping the fast tomorrow. I am giving my MIL a dress material and dry fruits, though i would be able to give her when i meet her for diwali.

Diya regarding your query no idea, i had fasted last year also, though i was preggie.

Hello Shikha

I have a small doubt. Help me if you can....:) I heard from someone that incase you dont keep your karva chauth due to some reason (for example, I was pregnant last year and so could not fast), then you follow it up the next year by asking your husband too to fast. Is this correct? I plan to keep the fast tomorrow but wondering if I have to ask my husband to fast too even though I am doing this for his well being...let me know if you have any idea.

am not too sure of this. My Cosister is also expecting now what she was saying once was that if you are preggie than your husband may keep fast on ur behalf but the same yr not that next yr both of u keep together.

What u may do is either have ur husband keep it with u this time or may be apologise maa gauri for this... i may sound funny but this my opinion.

seems everyone is busy ,busy alot. For me too life is hactic. But i do not forget to take a break in between either a movie or party or go out on weekends. Last 15 days i had all.
