Hi Shikha,

Was just going through the messages after a long time and thought could share some of my insights...Meher used to make my life misearable too..I used to dread every meal..it was like an hour ordeal..anyway few lessons I have learnt --

Make the food tasty. I have realized she loves to eat what we eat..so try to give the food you eat minus the spices..

Secondly present the food in a different way..Meher always looks at our plates when we eat and is very interested in that..the minute she sees her bowl and spoon she doesnt open her mouth. nowadays I put her food in a proper plate and use adult spoon..I put our subjis in her plate and pretend to dip the spoon with her food in our subjis..she thinks she is eating our food and happily opens her mouth..

also using a little bit of yogurt with anything has also helped.

seems everyone is busy ,busy alot. For me too life is hactic. But i do not forget to take a break in between either a movie or party or go out on weekends. Last 15 days i had all. I saw a movie Royal casino ,then i had a Dhruv's party. Everyone enjoyed it a lot. I had called an entertainer and had kept balloon sculptures. It was a great fun .
