I am 42 year old lady,would like to know about my chances(in percentage) of conceiving thru IVF and what should be my approach regarding the same.

As you grow older the success rate of IVF goes down. For a 30-34 year old woman, the success rate will be 40 to 45 percent and it goes down further after that...but there are other factors as well like your diet,your general state of health etc...so you need not loose hope.Approach a good infertility clinic those which are specailizing in IVF,in my view BourHall is one of them as they are also founders of Ivf technique.Research more about them so that you are in a better state to judge for youself.
