Name: wantababy i want to know how exactly the pregnancy is calculated. if i know exactly the date i conceived, will they count the last date of my period as the first day of my pregnancy? my periods are very irregular. i get them sometimes once in a month sometimes once in 50 days.etc... we want to have a baby in april of next year. my last period was on April 11th. we had unprotected sex on May 11th and 13th. I havent got my periods yet. i am experiencing a little bit of cramping. i want to wait atleast till june 11th to take the pregnancy test...say if i am pregnant now, then i want to know when i might have the baby?

hi,there r many websites which tell u how to calculate ur due dt. however if u know ur conception dt , then it is 266 days from ur cocption dt, or 280 days from ur last menstrual dt,counting the 1st day of ur period as day one. all the best.
