Name: Jyoti

HI all.

I am 8weeks pregnant and till now my pregnancy is going smooth without any complication....touchwood. No nausea, no vomiting, no dizziness. Only frequent urination, mild cramping and breast tenderness is there. As long weekend is coming, we want to go to nearest town which is 150 miles from our place. we will go on sunday and will come back on monday. My question is is it safe for me to go by car, of course i will not drive, my hubby will drive. Any experienced person please reply to my querry.

Thanks in advance.
Jyoti

diet during pregnancy
Maintaining a healthy diet during pregnancy is very important.

During this time, your body needs additional nutrients, vitamins and minerals.

In fact, you may need 350–500 extra calories each day during the second and third trimesters.

A diet lacking in key nutrients may negatively affect the baby’s development.
