Hey all, my due date was Aug 17th but still no signs of labor..doc has asked me to wait till 25th and if i dont go into labor by then, she will induce the pain on 25th.last few days have been just full of anxiety, impatience and frustration.waiting to hold my bundle of joy at the earliest...will keep u all posted..take care..

Hi Roops,
First of all, dont get tensed. Try going for long walks. Its supposed to induce labour pains. Also, try squatting ( As you do when you use the Indian toilet).
Also, try adding lots of ghee to your diet. ( Its supposed to speed up the delivery)

Thanks for your inputs Renu..I have been going for walks everyday and doing the squats and butterfly exercises everyday..i am avoiding ghee as i have already put on a lot of weight during pregnancy and actually its just a old wives tale that ghee helps in delivery..anyway now the target date is set as 25th so just counting days/hours..u take care..my luv to ur son :)
