This seems like my niece's case, she used to have rash on her cheeks (little red pimples like u said). We had indian ped for her, she couldn't recognize it, then we took skin specialist appt, she said that my niece had eczema (that is rash that some babies get), she prescribed cream for eczema and it went away, now she never gets it.
Also dr said just to have aveena baby lotion and baby wash for her. She gets no rash now.

Now what you can do, please avoid applying anything on her face, avoid besan (will make it worse - it did for my niece). Try aveeno product if u'd like and in next ped appt mention of \";eczema\"; if she might have that, dr will prescribe cream and that will make it go away.

Aveeno cream is available for rash also. I use it regu.
