Hi all,

I don't know what has happened to arnav .He is not eating anything since 2 days .He just drinks milk.He is having cold since a week .that time he was eating something but now he has ate anything .Just had lil fries yesterday.I am trying variety of food and gerber too.But no luck.
He just wants to play eveytime....I am trying to feed by showing \";Dhoom macahle\"; song which he loves :)
but even then he didn't.Next week is his appointment.I am thinking to consult the doc. if nothing changes...

About me i am feeling lil better but feels so tired in the evening :(
Kind of same craving as last time ..Buger ,soda,Mistro shake:)

Kaustubh is also in the same boat...just went to the doc 2 days back reg this prob.The doc said not to worry atall...he said if Kaustubh is really hungry he will surely eat...so dont worry urself about this.
If arnav's cold is troubling him a lot, try using vapour mist to keep his nose clear.I have seen in kaustubh that when he has cold, he breathes thro his mouth and therefore dont like to eat or drink anything...
So dont worry, take care of urselves and arnav...

nikki Ritu replied. Anoushka is in the same boat . Cold since yesterday . Not eating anything .Only drinking milk . I have started her on tylennol cold and cough .

You might not know me. I'm Priya. I'm new to this site. First of all congrats on your second pregnancy!
My son Sanjeev has a cold & cough too for the past 5 days. He too has not been eating & is just drinking milk. I tried giving him cereal . Ate a little bit. But the rest a big no!!!!
I went to the doctor. She said that it could be because of the pollen in the air. Babies at this age do not develop an allergy.
She has asked me to give him some tylenol to relieve the symptoms. I too was & am concerned a lot that he was not eating anything. She said as long as he drinks something its fine.

Don't worry, he must be having sore throat or lost taste becoz of cold. general rule docs give is if cold is for 4 days or more, have it checked.
With stuffy nose, its difficult for babies though. If he is drinking milk and has a wet diaper u need not worry.
U can give pediasure if he will take it since it has all the vitamins in it.
let him eat what he likes when he wants..fries/wafers/crackers...mainly since these are salty/crunchy feel better eating it..try cereals if he will take them.
Hope u don't catch the cold either..though its difficult for moms to be away anyway.

Even I have seen if Ayush is sick he doesn't want to eat well.Could be the cold or maybe he is teething.But yes check it out with the doc.
