Hello, I can understand and sympathize with your condition.Have you considered being a paying-guest with a family? A sympathetic family would probably shelter your child when you have to work during nights.Alternately make arrangements with a neighbor/friend who has children of the same age as your child.You can return the favor when needed.

Don' t you have a good creche nearby? That is better than a maid. Maids are very finicky and unreliable. Also, if your daughter is 7, she is already quite grown up so she does not need someone to do everything for her.
