My babies get up at 7.30 in the morning and play till 9.00 from 9.00 to 10.00 it is their massage and bathing time. From 9.30 to 12.00 or 12.30 they sleep again. After that there is no sleep in the day, they only take short naps for 15-20 minutes max is 30 minutes. I think if the baby is sleeping through the night it is perfect.
