Name: one a day women's hi I am taking this multivitamin. We are planning for baby. Is this enough or I should buy the one from costco ?
It has 400 mcg Folic Acid ,Zinc 15 mg. as under.

check if this pill also contains Papain product. If so then avoid using this pill.

clearblue is fair brand. For cycles of 28 days you would start testing from 10th day or so.
