how to apply eyeliner on lower eye lid

hi all,
can anyone tell me how to apply eyeliner pencil or liquid.my problem is whenever i put pencil revlon or lakme pencil eyeliner it smudges and it makes my eyes dark frm below.it looks bad as my face is small n my eyes r very big .

Hi Sipra,
Just apply it to the upper eyelid only...if required just apply Lakme kajal stick with a light hand on the lower eyelid.Hope this helps.
