drinking warm water + honey + lemon first thing in the morning.

i saw that in another msg but, I'm wonderin how much of each would I add and could I drink it at night time? or morning is the only time? please reply back thank you :)

Hey Anita! It's good to hear you would like to try out this remedy. In face, I am drinking it at this very moment lol.

* Add a tsp lemon juice to a a tspn of honey, in warm water.

* It is siggested to drink this mixture first thing in the morning, becasuse it rids your body of toxins, that built up during the night processes.

Drinking this mixture is an increasingly known health benefit. I cannot remember them all, but I am sure that if you typed this phrase in a search engine, you would receive a lot of advice.
