Hi Anitha,

How is Laya doing? You just read my mind abt montessori.. For the past 1 week, I have been calling various montessori' s in our area and inquiring abt their admission critirea and rates etc.. If things go as planned, I will be working mostly from this Oct. So till then Nikku will be with me at home. I dont want her to get language confusion by going before that and also dont want to miss out on any time I can spend with her.. She is almost on the verge of talking hindi sentences. So, from July-Sep, will send her to daycare.. I want to send her to Montessori too, but will send her when she is 2 1/2 to 3 years old .. I have put her name in the waiting lists of some of the montessori schools. Some of my friends kids are doing very well in Montessori schools. But at the same time, I dont think sending a very small kid will be of much use, so am thinking to wait till she turns 3. Still am speculating all the options..
chalo bye for now,
Bhairavi.

Hi Anitha,
Good to hear you. Even I am confused whether to send Savir to day care right away or wait for sometime. Here my friends adviced me to wait till the flu season is over. I am thinking to start around march end or april 1st week. Haven' t decided yet. I am thinking to ask different day care in my area, about their fees, timing etc. I am thinking to put him thrice a week half day. In that way he will get to play with kids of his age. These days he doesn' t like to play with kids of his age. He plays with older kids and seems to have fun with them. Probably he is scared of those kids who just blabbers and screams. He doesn' t realize that he still blabbers and screams. He likes to play with older kids who talk well. He would jump and play and do whatever they do. I am still struggling to make him play with kids of his age. Moreover I am planning to start working, it will be good if Savir starts his day care before I start working. Lets see. Potty training is still going. Not much. Love to Laya

Breast pumps
I am using a medela pump to feed my baby when I am out. The medela breast pumps are really a good choice for the working moms. We can pump the milk regularly and can store it and use whenever needed.... - dalewhither [View Message]
evenflo elan breast pump
Buy this pump! It’s made my life so much easier. I always got sore with my old Medela Advanced, but that never happens with the Ameda Purely Yours Breast Pump. What really makes a difference is its ease of use. It’s really easy to switch between pumping phases and take apart to clean. Strongly recommend it for all mothers that pump daily.... - stellatylor [View Message]

try this
As we discussed earlier in this forum I used magnetic alphabets , through which he has learnt alphabets within a week. And number within 4 days.
It is as like take the letter and stick to it where ever he goes more and ask him to search a particular letter. this worked very well for me.
all the best... - Manju [View Message]
