Hi,
My son is 8 months old n doesnt eat wel, oflate he has lot of cough and throws up food ( what ever I give ) and doesnt like solids at all.

Can someone recommed a diet plan for 8 months ( home made food preferred )

Also remedy for cough

Ritu,

This is what i do for my 8 month old when she suffers from cold & cough.
Beleive me it has amazing results ...just in 2 days.

Boil cow milk with 1 tsp of turmeric powder & sugar. Feed this throughout the day.
Hope it helps.

For diet..hetal is the best person to go for.
