my husband got tested the count is 12, kindly give us home remedies. as my age is 28 and his is 37. We have been trying since four years. We had visited doc , they had advised some medicines. He is using.

3. Eat dates, Egg, Meat & Fish
4. Do regulat small exercises
5. Do intercourse without worries
(think it as a joy play only) advice replied. It takes about 70 to 77 days before you can see the results in sperm count. I found this on some websites. In fact the sperms we see today were started growing 70 days back. H replied. Regular intake of Dates would really help. Raw onions (may be you can put some lemon juice, salt and pepper on the slices, as in garden salad)would also really help. Regular intake of raw onions really helps along with dates.

Priya replied. Even me and my husbnad had the same problem. He had a surgery for increasing the count too. It helped a little and after a year one of our friend suggested and got a ayurvedic medicine(legium) from chennai. He has to mix with milk and drink it every night. Let me comment on Coffee, it's that coffee will help improving motility of the sperms, he can have coffee between 1-2 hours prior to bed.

Improving count would include eating natural vitamin C containing diet, lemon, citrus, orange and berries family member. He can also eat Vitamin E containing dietary content. Keep these vitamins from natural sources, easy to assimilate.

It would take some months at least to improve situation. You guys are not in out of frame with reference to age. Follow advice of your Dr. and hopefully you will have baby in near future.

this is a very old remedy

he shouldn't take bath in very hot water.
he shouldn't do any bicycle excercise.
he should use cotton under garments.
About the food & vitamins, consult a naturopathy doc.

no one will believe that there r home remedies which we ignore for increase of sperm count..this is not of my own this has been proven and is published recently in samachar....drinking coffee early in the morning helps sperm count and also orange juice once in aday is countable..trust me...
