Due Date Club December 2006:Hi
2006-07-17
Name: U/S Update!!

Hi all,

I too had my level II u/s today!! We're having a girl! The techie asked b4 telling us what did we guess, i said girl so she said in her experience she's seen most moms guess the sex of the baby right. Everything is fine. It was a wonderful moment! She was kicking her legs. My due date is the same 16th Dec. We got around 6 pictures to take home.

Blessed_mom, What is the heartbeat of your baby. Its an old wives tale that if the heartbeat is more than 140 than it would be a girl, else a boy. In my case the heartbeat was 154! And some my friends also found it accurate in their pregnancies. I'm not sure if its a coincidence or not. So good luck!!

Take care all,
poochy

Hi Poochy,

Congratulations to you an your little angel!! Nice to know that the baby is kicking its legs:) Its indeed a beautiful and heart-felt scene to watch!!

ya, i too saw on internet about the myth of baby's heart beat and gender relation. But I heard a lot of contradictory opinions on it. My baby's heartbeat was 141 when I had the ultrasound!!

Goodluck and Takecare:)

Regards,
blessed_mom

Congrats Poochy, it must have been wonderful to watch ur little one. Now u & ur hubby can address ur little angel with a sweet name rather than just calling 'baby'.

Even I am waiting for my u/s that is scheduled on Aug 9th, I will be 21 weeks then. My EDD is Dec19th, let me see whether it will change or not after the u/s.

Take Care and love to ur little angel,
Leo
