Hi, TSH and T3/T4 levels are inversely proportional. In hypothyroidism, TSH level increases beyond the normal range while the level of T3 and T4 falls. Whereas, in hyperthyroidism, TSH level falls below the normal range and T3/T4 levels increase. The first thing which you need to do is seek the help of a good endocrinologist and not any other doctor. Secondly repeat your thyroid profile test because sometimes there may be inaccurate result. Usually it is advisable to give blood on an empty stomach to do the thyroid profile test. If you have been suffering from hypothyroidism before getting pregnant it is not advisable to stop the medication. I would once again urge you to seek for medical help and dont worry!
