Diet and Exercise:tummy reduction

I am 31 years old and mother of two, both my deliveries were C-section. It has beeb 11 months since my second delivery. i have reduced my weight to my original weight before preganancy. but the problem is my tummy is not getting reduced. everybody is asking me whether i am still pregnant. i feel very depressed and embarassed about this. i don' t know what to do. i was doing situps but now i am not doing it. i wear the tummy belts during sleep, but it si not effective. can somebody give me ideas or motivation.

hello anu i hav come across ur problem n i think i can help u out . This is very common problem among newly mother' s but it can be solved all u need is time , consistency n follow the instruction very strictly for more info contact yahoo id sherrysodhi
