iam new to singapore, after coming here even applying oil daily(not like a proper massage since i don have time for a lengthy one) and washing with a shampoo im losing a lot of hair daily, iam scared donno what to do. i use vatika shampoo. please friends help me, do i need a shampoo change?
what is the problem, in india i never this level of hair fall. plz suggest me what to do?

hair loss.

there are numerous reasons why you could be losing your hair. It could be genetic. or it could be that you aren't eating healthy or not getting the right amount of nutrients. have you been sick? adding oil to your hair wont help it grow back. hair grows from underneath your scalp.

change of region and atmosphere

plus change of nutrition and water will take its toll on hair, especially water. Dont stress too much, the more you do, the more you will lose hair. It will take some time to get adjusted. Till then maintain proper hygiene and proper nutrition.
