get rid of that powder at once if u have dry skin.idfeally use a foundation with moisturizer after you have washed ur face and its best to apply it when u ur face is slightly wet and massage it thoroughly on face and neck evenly.gala of london ,or lakme ,are ok.in moisturizers use any of lakme, nivea

Hello Aish,
I had a similar problem in winters - where my face would dry out so much. I tried many products(Aveeno, Origins, Clinique) and the worked marginally to correct the dryness for a once a day application. If I applied the moisturizer at least three times a day, my face felt normal. I have found product that works well for me - its Neutrogena's Intensive Moisturizer(Day).
As for foundation, to have a smooth finish, its essential to adequately moisturize your face. Clinique has a range of sheer and hydrating foundations. I tried \";Rimmel's\"; hydrating foundation - while its was hydrating, the shades did not work for my skin tone. Hope this helps.

Hey Aish,

dont put powder after u wash ur face. u already have dry skin and applying powder will make it worse.
i wud suggest u apply malia or fresh cream on ur face in the nite and sleep. do this for couple of nite and see if it makes any difference in ur skin. I too have very dry skin and i avoid powder. In the morning after bath if u can switch Jergens for extra dry skin it might help you.
Do let me know how it goes with you.
