Hetal replied. A very happy new year...are you back from india ? hows your trip...
i give nirja, whole grain toasts, oatmeal and raisin cookies(get from wholefoods and such fresh bakery stores,,they contain natural prducts), sometimes i make fruit cake and it lasts long like 4-5days,,and is a healthy snack with lots of nuts, and fruits or carrots, for whole of family...,
she takes indian ones like gathiya, chakli, roasted jeera papad with some cheese crumbles,,,recently tried bhel(without chutney but with chopped fruits in it,,she liked it),
mostly all this she takes with juice or fruit pieces..it dpends on her waking time..other times, like when i made idlis, dosa,,in mornings,,,her noon snacks are oftn the same like idli pieces with some fruit preserves, sour cream dosa or cheese dosa,,etc...she likes them all.
she sometimes sleeps longer and skips her snack time,, and oftn takes early dinners like by 7,,and thn after dinner she will snack or sometimes will take milk drectly...
good luck

Happy new yr. Back from India??
Regarding evening, u can try giving ritz crackers, graham crackers, gold fish, apple jack, nilla wafers, animal crackers.... try sara lee's whole grain blueberry cramble bread with flavored cream cheese on it.wow Trisha loves it a lot.
Also, u can try cheese quesedilla. Put taco blend cheese on one half of the tortilla and fold it and toast until the cheese melts in dosa pan. cut into small pieces and try that.
u can also try boiled white of egg into pieces or omlet too.

Breast pumps
I am using a medela pump to feed my baby when I am out. The medela breast pumps are really a good choice for the working moms. We can pump the milk regularly and can store it and use whenever needed.... - dalewhither [View Message]
evenflo elan breast pump
Buy this pump! It’s made my life so much easier. I always got sore with my old Medela Advanced, but that never happens with the Ameda Purely Yours Breast Pump. What really makes a difference is its ease of use. It’s really easy to switch between pumping phases and take apart to clean. Strongly recommend it for all mothers that pump daily.... - stellatylor [View Message]

try this
As we discussed earlier in this forum I used magnetic alphabets , through which he has learnt alphabets within a week. And number within 4 days.
It is as like take the letter and stick to it where ever he goes more and ask him to search a particular letter. this worked very well for me.
