Hi All,
there are few things that i would like to know.. one is i have again started having my lower abdominal pains since last nite. i am not saying its severe but i can always feel the pain and it is quite uncomfortable. last week i went to the doc. i am having some problems with my bowels. its not getting cleared. i am having isabgol as well. for the past 2 days i stopped having it see whether my bowels are ok now. but its the same problem.
do u thing its a problem if the stomach is not getting cleared? plus what sud i do abt the abdominal pains? is it normal to have this pains at 8th week?
secondly i have developed a high vomitting tendency for few days and am allergic to any smell be that good or bad. any smell turns me off and i feel like vomitting. is there any remedy for all these that can make me feel a bit ok. past few days am feeling very miserable due to all these..all am doing is taking rest completely.
thanks all

For mausea, eating crackers and dried cranberries helped me...along with ginger ale...

For constipation I found 2 things really useful - (1) Drink 1 glass of warm water with 1-2 tsp lime juice and 1 tsp of honey, first thing in the morning. That really, really helps. (2) Eating fruits like apples/grapes/carrots during the afternoon helped me also. I'm in my 37th week now, and touchwood, I havent had too many problems with constipation...So try these remedies and see if it helps you..:)

Hey, Hope you are doing well. Well don't Worry. Somethings are unplanned. You don't need to worry about it. When there will be right time for it, You will conceive. there is no fixed right time.
