U can get chutney dhal it is diffretn from chann dal,if u dont get it then u may have to fry the channa dal in brown color(but the taste will be diffrent)
So dal 1/2 cup,cocunt grated 1 cup,
chilli 2,garlic flakes 2,
if u want u can add kari patha and dhani patha ,4 or five leaves pudina too and then grind it nciely add salt .
then u can fry litt bit musturd and onion and put tht in chutney.this one even my son 15 months old likes it..but when i give him i put less cocunt and less chilli

Subject:  quick dosa recipe.

Hi Priya,
First let me congratulate U on the great news that ur going to have a baby girl.
Now about the dosa,I usually make this dosa for Aryan it turns out nice and soft and best of all no fermentation required. Here's the recipe
Soak for about 5-6hrs.. Sona Masuri Rice- 1 cup, Urad Daal - 1/2 cup, Poha -1/2 cup and meethi seeds -1/2 tbls. Grind all fo this together no need to grind it separately add a little salt and that's it the batter is ready. U can start making the dosa's right away.
regards,
Kiran

Subject:  Idli mix

The idli/Dosa mix can be grinded at home. the proposition is rice 3 cup /urad dal 1 cup / 1 spoon methi.
Soak seperately for 4 hours
and then grind URad and methi first .
It shoudl be grinded well ,like if u grind well in mixie many bubbles will come. Then u need add rice and grind well ,the texture should be like the idli mix u buy from shops..
u need to add little little water when u grind and add salt and keep it away for 12 hours. so that it ferments.
first one or 2 time the idli does nt come soft means dont worry u need to grind the urad well..if u add more water then it wont come properly.so be careful. hope it helps

Hi Priya, Hope you r doing fine. Congrats on your little angel.
Do you mean to ask the proportion for making idli/dosa dough or the preparation of idli/dosa. If that is the case, I usually give idli with curd or dhal for Savir. FOr dosa, I put shredded cheese in between and give it like a sandwich. Savir loves it.
Will definitely take a look at the poll. Good luck.

Breast pumps
I am using a medela pump to feed my baby when I am out. The medela breast pumps are really a good choice for the working moms. We can pump the milk regularly and can store it and use whenever needed.... - dalewhither [View Message]
evenflo elan breast pump
Buy this pump! It’s made my life so much easier. I always got sore with my old Medela Advanced, but that never happens with the Ameda Purely Yours Breast Pump. What really makes a difference is its ease of use. It’s really easy to switch between pumping phases and take apart to clean. Strongly recommend it for all mothers that pump daily.... - stellatylor [View Message]

try this
As we discussed earlier in this forum I used magnetic alphabets , through which he has learnt alphabets within a week. And number within 4 days.
It is as like take the letter and stick to it where ever he goes more and ask him to search a particular letter. this worked very well for me.
all the best... - Manju [View Message]
