Due Date Club January 2007:yoga during 3rd tri

hi!
I m an old member but this is my first post..:)
My due date is 30th jan and have just entered my 8th mth. Does anybody practice yoga for pregnancy? especially for probs like backpain, leg cramps, etc?Has it helped? and is it ok to continue practicing yoga in 3rd trimester?

Hi,

Well,we share the same date !!!!Although I dont ,my doc said I can go for some ante-natal classes.So , I am planning either for yoga or for the classes.Basically ,some form of exercise is always benificiary at this stage

Hi ,
Since you have been practicing yoga which is especially good during preg. and there is no reason for you to stop infact it will help you .You don't start anything vigours in your 3rd trim. if you were not working out all this time all you should do is a good walk ,cleaning floor setting etc kind of excersice nothing very new .
