It's difficult to judge when said 'less movements' it could be normal or concerning.
However, I shall walk you thru and you can help yourself understand/estimate situation.

If the movements are less and are not like kicks but felt on the time as usual then very likely nothing is wrong. It could be just that your baby is grown large and got crowded in uterus and thus difficult to feel them when small movements.

Also breech babies, at this time point it's quite normal to have breech fetal presentation, would have to worry only after 36 weeks if remains breech.

If you feel movements on the time it used to be, you can feel at least 10 movements in 2 hrs stretch then relax it's likely what I said.

I would howevere strongly recommend you to give a call to your OB and have this all confirmed.
